We agree a simple, FCA-compliant introducer arrangement. You introduce buyers and sellers to us; we provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice and feed back at the right points. Each client we look after also goes into our Annual Review programme, keeping your firm front of mind.
Is there a fee or revenue share?
Commercial arrangements are available on completed business and discussed individually with each agency, within FCA and Primis Mortgage Network rules.
Will introducing clients add admin work for my negotiators?
No. A short warm intro by phone or email is all that's needed. We take it from there and keep you informed at the appropriate points.
Can you handle complex cases — self-employed, BTL, adverse credit?
Yes. As an Appointed Representative of Primis we have access to 90+ lenders including specialist and adverse-credit lenders, plus BTL, expat, bridging and equity release.
Do you cover protection as well as mortgages?
Yes — life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and buildings & contents are a core part of every conversation, not an upsell.
